The NYPD released on Thursday night images and video of six males who remain at large in connection with the stabbing of a 24-year-old man at a Woodhaven street corner earlier this month.
The attack took place at 6:40 p.m. on March 2 in the area of Jamaica Avenue and 85th Street.
Police said the suspects — each described as Hispanic males between 15 and 20 years of age with thin builds standing between 5 foot 7 inches and six feet tall — approached the victim and punched and kicked him about the body.
During the assault, authorities said, the victim was repeatedly stabbed in the neck, stomach and buttocks. The group fled the scene shortly thereafter.
Officers from the 102nd Precinct and EMS units responded to the incident. Paramedics brought the victim to Jamaica Hospital, where he was listed in critical but stable condition.
One of the suspects sought was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, a multi-colored jacket, gray pants and white sneakers, while a second individual wore a gray hooded sweatshirt, a dark colored jacket, dark colored pants and white sneakers.
The third perpetrator was seen wearing a black hooded jacket, black pants and dark colored sneakers, while a fourth suspect was seen wearing a purple baseball cap and a purple hooded sweatshirt.
Police said a fifth individual was seen carrying a backpack while wearing a white hooded sweater, a dark colored jacket, dark colored pants and white sneakers. The sixth and final suspect wore a black hooded jacket, gray pants and black sneakers.
