Police are searching for a man who tried to lure a young girl away from her home two weeks ago.
According to police, a 13-year-old girl was waiting for her school bus inside the lobby of her apartment building near 81st Street and 41st Avenue when a man approached her.
The man spoke to the girl and tried to persuade her to leave her residence. The girl ran to her bus when it arrived, and the man fled.
The suspect was described as a Hispanic man between 25 and 30 years old, standing about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing about 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with white stripes down both sleeves.
Police have released a photo of the suspect who is wanted for endangering the welfare of a child, and anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477).
