Cops are searching for a suspect who took off on a bike after stabbing a man in Woodhaven early Sunday morning.
According to police, the attack took place at 3 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 22, when an unknown suspect used an unknown object to stab and slice the 41-year-old male victim in his head and lower right arm outside of a home on 95th Street near 91st Avenue.
After the attack, the suspect — last seen wearing a red sweatshirt and white slacks — fled the scene of the crime on a bike in an unknown direction, law enforcement agents said.
Officers from the 102nd Precinct arrived on scene with EMS units; the victim was taken to Jamaica Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, police stated.
No arrests have been made at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
