Bayside Little League Parade — Bayside Little League kicks off the 2017 season with its annual Opening Day Parade. Teams will line up at VIPizza on Bell Boulevard at 43rd Avenue at 10:30 a.m. and the parade will start at 11. Players will march to Crocheron Park and Mrs. Met will be making a guest appearance.

Children’s Carnival — Visit the Queens County Farm Museum for two weekends of kids’ carnivals in the apple orchard. The event features carnival rides, midway games, hayrides, pony rides, a petting zoo and tours of the farm house. There will also be free face painting, and balloons for children. The carnival is recommended for children ages 4-12.
When: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 8 and Sunday, April 9

Spring Street Festival — The Myrtle Avenue Business Improvement District, in conjunction with Clearview Festival Productions, will sponsor its annual Myrtle Avenue Spring Street Festival. The event will feature over 200 merchant and vendor displays, children’s rides, game booths, health providers and other local non-profit and civic organizations.
