That’s right: we’re talking about ice cream and ices! Here are the best places to visit in Queens:

10 Below is an iconic and cultured establishment that is the first of its kind in New York City. Its Thai-inspired ice cream rolls give customers the experience of watching their treat created in front of their eyes, and earning a delicious reward after. 2. Cold Stone Creamery → 176-60 Union Turnpike, Flushing, other locations across Queens

Cold Stone’s proud reputation of delicious ice creams and fresh ingredients is due to their constantly satisfied customers and friendly employees. Their ice cream is made fresh every day in each store, and is then mixed with candies, cakes, fruits and nuts to create your dream refreshment.

If you’re looking for a delightfully creamy escape from the heat, Carvel is the place you should be. Created by Tom Carvel, the establishment has been serving its customers with delicious cakes and creams since 1947. They are sure to satisfy your cravings.

4. The Lemon Ice King of Corona → 52-02 108th St., Corona

Started by Peter Benfaremo, this streetside treat shop has been making ices for over 60 years. It is most known for the real fruit pieces in each of its flavors, and its all-around quality ingredients. The Corona sweet shop has received recognition from Zagat along with multiple magazines and survey websites.

5. Ralph’s Famous Italian Ices → 12-48 Clintonville St., Whitestone, other locations across Queens

This classic ice stop has been famous for over 85 years. In 1928, Ralph Silvestro came to the United States from Italy and started selling his renowned ices in Staten Island. In 1949, he opened his first retail location, and the rest is history! These delicious treats are flavorful and refreshing. They never disappoint!

6. Eddie’s Sweet Shop → 105-29 Metropolitan Ave., Forest Hills
