Riis Park Beach Bazaar’s offseason oceanfront restaurant and bar, The Dropout, is celebrating its grand opening in Rockaway Park this weekend.
Headed by chef Julia Steinberg, The Dropout continues Riis Park Beach Bazaar’s tradition of offering up a fun and delicious beach getaway all year round.
The menu at The Dropout will change weekly, rotating seasonal offerings such as fresh carpaccio tartare, sautéed pork fat edamame, fried spicy chicken sandwich, heirloom tomato with garlic sauce, charred broccolini, whole fried porgy and much more.
