Police announced that the three siblings that were last seen at their home in Kew Gardens Hills on Easter Sunday have returned home safely.
At 10:30 a.m. on April 1, Halima Anwari, 23, and her two younger siblings, Ayan, 6, and Ruqia, 2, were last seen at their home, located at 159-13 72nd Ave. Police say that the three siblings returned home on Tuesday, April 3.
According to police, Halima was last seen leaving the house with Ayan and Ruqia. Police also stated that the children were in good mental health and that nothing seemed out of the ordinary that day.
The parents of the three siblings reported them missing to the 107th Precinct.
