Building permits have been filed for a 4-story residential building in Forest Hills where a house constructed in 1910 is currently located.

The development, planned for 75-42 Grand Central Parkway, will feature eight apartment units. The building will offer 7,106 square feet of space.

The property, which is owned by developer George Baharestani, was sold for $1.2 million in June. Demolition permits for the house have not yet been filed.

A laundry and a recreational area will be located in the cellar of the new building, and a residential lobby will be on the first floor.

Two apartments will be located on each floor, with the two apartments on the fourth floor offering a duplex.

The property is adjacent to Flushing Meadows-Corona Park and four blocks from the 75th Ave E/F subway station.
