
Suspect (NYPD) and 108-05 70th Ave. (Google)

Police are searching for an individual who mugged a man at gunpoint on a Forest Hills street Wednesday.
Police say that the suspect approached the victim, a 59-year-old man, outside of 108-05 70th Ave.–near 108th Street– at around 5:35 a.m.
The suspect pulled out a handgun and demanded that the victim hand over his property.
The victim complied and handed over his cellphone and wallet, which contained $200 in cash and four credit cards. The suspect then hurried off south on 70th Ave.
Investigators discovered that the suspect used the credit cards at two stores in Manhattan later that morning.
Police describe the suspect as a dark-skinned male in his 20s. He was last seen wearing a red du-rag, a white shirt with red lettering on the front, black sweatpants and black sneakers.
