Police are searching for three boys wanted for robbing an 11-year-old of his bicycle in Glendale last month.
On Saturday, June 22, around 5 p.m., the 11-year-old victim was riding his bike near 80th Street and Cooper Avenue when three boys approached him and offered him money for his bike. The young victim began to pedal away from the three suspects, who then chased him down and pushed him off the bicycle, causing lacerations to the boy’s elbow and knees, police said.
The three suspects then stole the bike and fled in an unknown direction.
Two of the suspects, who both appear to be young boys themselves, are seen in surveillance camera footage riding a bike.
Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the 104 Precinct Detective Squad at 718-386-2723.
