A trendy Chinese restaurant erupted into flames in Long Island City earlier today.
Fire engulfed the building housing Xi’an Famous Foods, located at 26-19 Jackson Ave., at approximately 1:20 p.m., the FDNY said.
There is one non-life-threatening injury to a civilian reported on scene of today’s 3-alarm fire, 26-19 Jackson Avenue in Queens. The fire has been placed under control and the cause of the fire is under investigation by FDNY Fire Marshals. pic.twitter.com/EVj3U0DLnM

The fire department brought the blaze under control by 3:31 p.m., a FDNY spokesperson said. It took 33 units and 140 firefighters to put it out.
There was one non life threatening injury. The FDNY is investigating the cause of the fire.
