Mayor Bill de Blasio and local elected officials will be hosting a Council District 29 town hall in Forest Hills next week.
The town hall will be on Wednesday, Feb. 19 at 6:30 p.m. at Russell Sage JHS 190, located at 68-17 Austin St. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and close at 7 p.m.
Council Member Karen Koslowitz, Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz, Assembly Member Andrew Hevesi, Senator Leroy Comrie and Senator Toby Ann Stavisky are hosting the town hall along with the mayor.
As space is limited, community members who wish to attend should RSVP by Feb. 18 at 5 p.m. by calling 212-788-7418, emailing townhallrsvp@cityhall.nyc.gov or visiting www.nyc.gov/cd29townhall.
Co-sponsors of the town hall include Queens Community Boards 6 and 9, 112th Precinct Council, Queens Community House Beacon Program at Russell Sage JHS and Forest Hills Asian Association.
