Bond Vet, a veterinary clinic with dozens of locations across the country, is set to open new offices in Forest Hills and Bayside this spring.

The new Bayside location will open on March 1 in the Bay Terrace Shopping Center. Two months later, the Forest Hills location will open on the bustling Austin Street.

Bond Vet touts its ability to offer primary and urgent care services under one roof, unlike most other veterinary care providers. The clinics also offer telehealth visits, and in-person services such as vaccines, spays, neuters, surgeries and dental cleanings.

The veterinarian-founded company opened its first office in Cobble Hill in 2019. The firm started out with the goal of transforming veterinary services with tech-savvy and state-of-the-art equipment in a modernized environment.

In 2021, Bond Vet secured $170 million in funding from Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm, to facilitate its expansion nationally.

The firm has more than 40 locations, with most in the Northeast. It currently has clinics in Astoria and Long Island City, and the two new facilities in the borough represent its growth in Queens.

“Our team is excited to open our newest clinic in Bayside,” said Regional Director of Operations, Dr. Jeremy Kimmelstiel. “We look forward to providing top-notch care to the community and making every visit a great experience for our patients and their parents.”

Bond Vet currently has job openings for veterinarians, technicians and medical directors for its future Queens locations.
