Bond Vet, a primary and urgent care clinic for pets, is set to open in Forest Hills this spring—its fourth location in Queens

The new office will be located at 70-38 Austin St. and will officially open on Monday, April 8. The services offered in its modern facilities include essentials such as wellness exams, vaccinations and spay/neuter surgeries. The clinic will also provide dental cleanings and travel health certificates for a range of pets.

“Our team is excited to open our newest clinic in Forest Hills,” said Dr. Jeremy Kimmelstiel, Regional Director of Operations. “We look forward to providing top-notch care to the community and making every visit a great experience for our patients and their parents.”

Bond Vet was founded in June 2019 by veterinarians with the vision of creating a new model for pet healthcare with an emphasis of technology, design and service. The company opened it first location in Brooklyn’s Cobble Hill at the time, and has expanded to have more than 45 locations across the northeast and Chicago.

In 2021, Bond Vet secured $170 million in funding from Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm, to facilitate its expansion nationally. That figure was significantly higher than the $17 million the company raised the prior year.

In Queens, Bond Vet has offices in Astoria, Long Island City and Bayside, which just opened last month.

The company is currently looking to hire a Medical Director, a Veterinary Technician as well as a Veterinary Assistant for its soon-to-open Forest Hills office.
