NYPD officers brought joy and holiday cheer to patients and families at St. Mary’s Hospital for Children in Bayside on Tuesday, Dec. 17, during their annual visit to the region’s only pediatric long-term and rehabilitative care center.

The festive morning event featured caroling, arts and crafts, and a special appearance by Blue Santa Claus. Officers from various NYPD units brought along adorable K-9s, festive characters from Frozen and Paw Patrol, and tables piled high with toys, creating an unforgettable experience for at least 75 young patient-residents.
