A 35-year-old man was arrested at the corner of 233rd Street and Northern Boulevard on Friday, May 4 for allegedly using physical force against an officer.
Perps Stole Tools, GPS
According to police, suspects broke into a 2006 Chevy through the rear window at 64th Avenue and 213th Street. They then allegedly stole three drills and a GPS system.
Burglars Make Off With More Than $20,000
Burglars who broke into a home at 39th Avenue and 214th Place took a 60” flat screen TV and a Louis Vuitton luggage which contained $20,000. The suspects fled through the front door.
Police Search For Scam Artist
According to officers of the 111th Precinct, a suspect known as Richard Halfman sent a victim a bogus check in the mount of $8,000 to rent a townhouse in New Jersey. When the victim deposited the check, it bounced. The suspect then further requested that his victim send him $3,035 via Western Union.
