Police are searching for a pair of suspects wanted for robbing a cabbie at gunpoint after dropping them off in Ridgewood earlier this week.
According to law enforcement agents, the two perpetrators — described as Hispanic males — hailed the victim’s green cab near the vicinity of Wyckoff Avenue and Willoughby Street in Bushwick at 6:10 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 2.
The two directed the driver to take them to a residence on Norman Street in Ridgewood, where one of the robbers brandished a black semi-automatic handgun and racked the slide, cops said.
Officers then say the duo forcibly removed $420 in cash from the driver and fled westbound on Norman Street on foot. No injuries were reported.
The 104th Precinct released a wanted poster for the robbers on their Twitter account.
