Cops have identified the suspect wanted in connection with two burglary attempts in Jamaica Estates last month.

According to police, at 3 p.m. on March 29, it was reported that the suspect gained entry into 193-39 Salerno Ave. The victim is unsure if the suspect removed any property from the residence.

Later that day at 5 p.m., the same suspect tried to gain access to 187-43 87th Rd., but was unsuccessful. No property was removed from this location.

Both incidents were later reported to the 107th Precinct.

Paul Smith, 25, is believed to be connected to both incidents. Smith is described as a black man with black hair and brown eyes, standing 6 feet, 3 inches tall and weighing 190 pounds.

As noted in the tweet below, anyone with information regarding the burglaries can call the 107th Precinct Detective Squad at 718-969-6844. All calls are kept confidential.
