Cops are looking for a man wanted for questioning in connection with a violent assault on a Hollis street earlier this month.

According to police, at 9:45 p.m. on Oct. 1, a 31-year-old man was walking in the vicinity of Henderson Avenue and 189th Street when he got into a argument with Iquwann Quick, 25.

Law enforcement sources said that the verbal fight turned violent when Quick allegedly struck the victim in the head with a bat before fleeing the scene in an unknown direction.

Officers from the 103rd Precinct responded to the incident. The victim sustained a fractured skull as a result of the incident and was taken to Jamaica Hospital in critical condition. At this time there does not appear to be a direct connection between Quick and the victim.

Police are looking for Quick for questioning in connection to the incident. He is described as a black man standing 5 feet, 10 inches and weighing 175 pounds.
