Bronx man dies after being shot in Woodhaven home: NYPD

A 40-year-old man died after being shot inside a Woodhaven home on Sunday afternoon.

On Sunday, July 26, around 2:13 p.m., the NYPD responded to a call of a man shot inside a home located at 84-12 91st Ave., according to the police.

The authorities arrived to find Shaka Ifill with a gunshot wound to his back, cops said. EMS transported Ifill, who was from the Bronx, to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead around 6:25 p.m. Sunday night, according to the NYPD.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
