The developer, Two Corners Inc., announced its intentions to construct the six-story commercial facility to the board in May, before it recessed for the summer. The building, to be draped in a glass curtain and designed in a vein similar to the Flushing Library, would take up a sizable portion of Prince Street, completing a kind of L-shaped configuration along Roosevelt and 39th Avenues.
