Gresser Announces Run For Queens Beep

The goals of her administration, she said, would be to add more police officers to the streets, produce more first-class schools, better health and social services for seniors, fully funded libraries, reduction of airport noise, and the development of zoning policies to preserve neighborhoods and encourage job growth.
Gresser, seeking the Democratic nomination in November, will face stiff competition from City Councilmembers Sheldon Leffler, Helen Marshall, Karen Koslowitz, and Assemblywoman Audrey Pheffer, all candidates for Queens Borough President.
