Raymond Burney, 19, of 394 Beach 25th St., admitted to shooting Shamel Garrett in a train at the Beach 36th St. station during a robbery, DA Richard Brown said.
Burney is expected to receive a 25 year prison term at his sentencing Jan. 18.
