The Allen Consortium for Community Empowerment held a grand opening celebration of One Choice, One Voice Abstinence Until Marriage Project at the Shekinah Youth Chapel on Saturday, April 22. The program is part of a national federally-funded Self Sufficiency Program. The program promotes choosing abstinence until marriage. Abstinence means not having sex or sex play and is 100% effective in preventing pregnancy and STD’s.
