The 24-year-old victim was stabbed, choked, hit with a chair, run over by an SUV and threatened with a handgun, prosecutors said.Anthony Albaricci, of Woodside, survived the attack, but needed 100 stitches to treat his injuries, they said.Authorities charged Ali Khan, 19, of 34-11 61st St. in Woodside; Aamer Khan, 18, of 45-53 40th St. in Woodside; and Christian Diaz, 17, of 41-16 12th St. in Long Island City, with attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon. Joseph Piazza, 17, was also charged in the attack, authorities said.Each faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted, Brown said.In a statement made to police, the defendants said Aamer Khan was indebted to Albaricci, who was known to them as “SNX,” court papers said.”The victim was allegedly chocked, stabbed with a knife, slashed with a razor and had a loaded gun pointed at him,” Brown said. He later added: “Those who believe that they are victims of criminal conduct are reminded that they must never attempt to take the law into their own hands.”Prosecutors said the four defendants were in a 2003 Ford Explorer with Albaricci near 44th Street and 53rd Avenue when Ali Khan began choking him with a belt, prosecutors said.Piazza allegedly began to stab the victim in the stomach, while Diaz allegedly began to cut him with a razor blade, the DA said.Aamer Khan, who was driving, then allegedly pointed a .32 revolver at Albaricci and pulled the trigger, but the weapon misfired, authorities said.The Explorer crashed and Albaricci managed to escape, prosecutors said. Two of the teens chased him, hitting him with a chair, while the pair who remained in the car tried to run him over, striking him twice, prosecutors said.A police officer from the 108th Precinct, which covers Woodside, came upon the grisly scene to find Aamer Khan and Diaz, covered with blood, running down a street, authorities said.He stopped them, and Khan told the officer the bloodied vehicle was his, prosecutors said.
