A Woodhaven resident was arrested and charged with possession of a forged instrument and cigarette tax violations, police said.
According to cops, Adel Alqutani, 35, was arrested at his bodega at 85-01 Jamaica Avenue at 5 p.m. on June 15 for having cigarettes with forged tax stamps and cigarettes with no tax stamps in the store.

A 42-year-old mother of two has been missing for six days, according to her family.
Reina Reyes De Losantos was last seen leaving her home at 88th Road and 78th Street at 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20.
Believed to be in good physical and mental condition, she was wearing black sandals, dark jeans and a brown top. Originally from the Dominican Republic, she is described as 5’6” or 5’7,” 130 pounds, light skinned, with reddish-blonde hair.
Her husband Edwin told The Queens Courier that “She left, said she’d be back, and never came home.”
He went on to say that he has filed a missing persons report and has hung fliers in the neighborhood in an attempt to locate her.
