Pheffer congratulates Scout

Assemblymember Audrey Pheffer was pleased to be able to attend the Eagle Scout Court of Honor Ceremony for Matthew Cheverino of Troop 82 in South Ozone Park. Pheffer congratulated Cheverino on his achievement, receiving the highest honor bestowed on a Scout.
