More than 30 roosters were found in the backyard of a Richmond Hill home on June 11.
Cristobal Deliz, 51, admitted to owning the birds after they were discovered by ASPCA agents in the backyard of her home on 132nd Street near 107th Avenue.
Authorities said that 27 of the birds were surgically repaired and their legs, abdomen and chests were shaved.
Deliz was charged with 30 counts of animal cruelty and animal fighting.
