Clerk helps cops nab man who vandalized store

A store clerk called cops when he reportedly saw the same man who allegedly set off a firecracker and made obscene gestures.
The man in question, Maurice Hughley, 19, was arrested near the Linden Grocery at Linden Boulevard near 197th Street. He is charged with criminal mischief and resisting arrest and was released on his own recognizance.
