Man, passed out, fails breathalyzer

On Sunday August 3, police found Satnam Singh, 46, passed out behind the wheel of a car following an accident on 130th Street near 23rd Avenue.
Singh took a breathalyzer test and it revealed his blood alcohol content was more than three times the legal limit.
He has been charged with drunken driving and got a double parking summons as well.
