Angelo Maragos, the Republican candidate vying for the District 26 NYC council seat, will speak to this news blog on Saturday.
Maragos will face a tough battle in the general election when he takes on Jimmy Van Bramer, the winner of last week’s Democratic primary, for the seat on November 3rd. The 24-year-old’s platform is to bring new businesses to the area, and improve the education and public transportation systems in the district. We will find out more on Saturday.
