An Indian restaurant opened in Sunnyside last Friday and business has been brisk.
The restaurant, Sonali Cuisine, is located at 44-13 Queens Blvd and offers typical Indian fare from vegetable Samosa to lamb curry–as well as an extensive vegetarian menu.
Prices are reasonable:
Lamb curry: $7:99, chicken shag $6.99, Tandoori chicken (half) $6.99.
Appetizers: meat or vegatable samosa (2 Pcs.) $2:00; chicken roll $1.50
The restaurant isn’t large and has fairly basic decor. The store will soon be open 24hrs per day. It currently takes deliveries for orders over $15.00. (718-433-0350)
