Attempted abduction suspect

Police are looking for a man they say attempted to kidnap a 19-year-old woman.
On Monday, December 14, the suspect, who cops say is between 35 and 40 years old, grabbed the victim and attempted to pull her into a black four-door sedan. The victim was able to struggle free and escape.
The perp is described as 5’10”, with black dread locks and a gold cap on his upper teeth, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt.
