Farmers Market yields good meals

On Saturday, August 28, the Farmers’ Market of the Greater Jamaica Development Corporation hosted a cooking demonstration presented by Emily Casey ("Chef Emily"), a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute – an academic leader in health-supportive culinary arts and theory. All ingredients used in the preparation of Chef Emily’s dish can be purchased at the Jamaica Market.
