FLUSHING – Pizza Garden – located at Northern Boulevard and 171st Street – will celebrate its 50th Anniversary on December 1.
“We not only celebrate 50 years, we celebrate our customers and how they’ve kept us going for half a century,” says owner, Richard Ejnes, whose family has been involved with Pizza Garden since it opened in 1960. “While so many businesses have come and gone, we’ve maintained customer service, high quality, the finest ingredients and freshest pizza and Italian food around. Despite the economy, everyone still eats pizza.”
