Identify man shot dead

Cops have identified the man shot dead on Tuesday, November 30 in the third floor hallway of 98-23 Horace Harding Expressway.
Nineteen-year-old Percel Wright had been shot once in the chest. He was pronounced dead at Elmhurst Hospital. There are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
