Stupid drivers

I really can’t get over what some people do while driving their cars. As you know there are laws against driving while texting and using their cell phones not to mention wearing a seat belt.
The other day I saw this woman in Little Neck who was actually scratching off a lottery ticket while driving. There ought to be a law – people out there that are driving under the influence of gross stupidity. I guess stupid is what stupid does.
