Sanitation’s fantasy world

It is clear from anyone who lives in Queens that the sanitation department failed miserably during and for days after the Blizzard of 2010.
The residents of Queens saw the absence of snow plows for two days or more after the storm ended and now must listen to Sanitation Commissioner Dougherty telling the media that he gives his department an “A” for snow removal. It’s unimaginable what a “D” would be in Dougherty’s fantasy world.
We do indeed live in an “Alice-in-Wonderland” world where fantasy is reality. Will Dougherty tell us that the sky is red or the moon is made of cheese? At least we can be thankful that Bloomberg did not choose him as our Schools Chancellor.
