A new Indian/Chinese restaurant is scheduled to open on 41st Street.
Anise Fusion, located across the street from the Butcher Block, is a joint venture put together by John Huang, from Sunnyside, and Peter Chang, from Woodside. Both men are Indian immigrants of Chinese extraction.
Anise Fusion is expected to open on July 28. It will primarily be a takeout and delivery business; however, the restaurant will have five tables for in-house dining.
