This location is so bad I do not know where to begin.
Going from Corona towards Citi Field on the sidewalk and roadway which becomes the Whitestone Expressway, as it goes over the Grand Central Parkway, the road has not been swept in months, and the litter on the sidewalk and grass has not been removed since April.
Obviously the Mets do not care, but with the U.S. Tennis Open upcoming this area needs to be cleaned up. This is the overpass on the Grand Central Parkway just north of Roosevelt Avenue. I’ll let you take the pictures because you won’t believe it unless you see it!
It is also probably loaded with hazardous materials.
