Third-graders at St. Matthias School retold the Nativity story and sang “The Little Drummer Boy” to the delight of an audience attending the Ridgewood school’s annual Christmas concert last month. Paying tribute to American troops serving around the world, members of St. Matthias School’s fourth grade class sang “Some Day at Christmas” during the Ridgewood school’s Christmas show. Family members of firefighters at Squad Co. 270 and Division 13 enjoyed a visit from Santa Claus during their annual holiday party held at their South Richmond Hill headquarters. Santa Claus and first grade students at P.S. 81 in Ridgewood enjoyed a sing-along of holiday favorites led by teachers Alicia Brosky and Yascha Bilan during the Ridgewood school’s concert.
