FLUSHING — A Feb. 13 tiff between a boyfriend and girlfriend ended with a stolen iPhone and a sore face, the NYPD said.
At about 10 a.m. on 34th Avenue in the 109th Precinct, police received a call of a domestic dispute.
Joseph Ray, 22, who lives in the Jamaica area, arrived at his girlfriend’s apartment and asked that she come downstairs.
When she reached the street level, Ray punched her in the face and stole the apple gadget, according to police.
Ray, who according to police has numerous prior arrests, was put into cuffs and charged with robbery, according to the NYPD.
