Subway Crime Focus of 104th Pct./foca Meet

Capt. Henry Sautner, the commanding officer of Transit District 33, was the special guest of the combined meeting of the 104th Precinct Community Council and the Farmers Oval Civic Association (FOCA) at their joint meeting last Thursday, Apr. 26 at Ridgewood Baptist Church. Sautner updated residents on crime in local subways and relayed tips on how straphangers can protect themselves from becoming victims. From left to right in the photo: P.O.
