Ranking officers and the board of directors of the Glendale/104th Precinct Civilian Observation Patrol (104COP) were officially installed for a year of duty during the volunteer patrol’s meeting last Thursday night, Aug. 9, at St. Pancras Pfeifer Hall. As shown, the oath of office was administered by State Sen. Joseph Addabbo (second from right) and Assemblyman Mike Miller (at far right) to 104COP President Frank Kotnik (third from right) and other executive members in attendance. Also on hand for the occasion was Capt. John Travaglia (at far left), executive officer of the 104th Precinct. Also installed for duty were Vice President Thomas Silvestri, Secretary Ronnie Roth, Patrol Coordinator Elizabeth Delacruz, Treasurer Camille Venezia and board members Kurt Burger, Anthony DeFillippo, Ray Hartman, Lou Kirchgessner, Nellie Rivera and Dieter Vey.
