Frank Pirolo, president of Affinita, sold his previous security guard business after 19 years, and has been in the security business for a total of 30 years.
“As it became evident that the security field was starting to become more and more competitive with retired police officers and international security guard companies alike struggling for business, it became my vision that what the industry needed was a progressive, forward-thinking company whose service would emphasize customer service and listening to his customers’ needs,” he said.
The group provides a full range of security personnel to clients including uniformed, armed and unarmed security officers; security receptionists; fire safety directors; and emergency action plan directors.
“We also provide for almost any kind of industry, including commercial and residential properties, banks, museums, hotels, retail, corporate lobbies and others,” said Pirolo.
Pirolo’s everyday job consists of a variety of things.
“I focus on three main areas of the company- meeting daily with our director of operations, Louis Scaldini, to ensure that my clients are happy with the services we promised, meeting daily with our business development manager, Gabby Albino, in customizing the best way to help our customers and prospects, and finally the most important part of my job, which is visiting my customers on a regular basis,” said Pirolo. “I find that meeting and speaking with my customers always leads to a very positive experience.”
As a growing business with a cooperative customer service staff, Affinita is getting much more attention this year.
