Animal Adoption In Glendale

The Glendale/Maspeth United Methodist Church commemorated the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Glendale United Methodist Church at a ceremony on Sunday

Assemblyman Mike Miller recently paid a visit to Bobbi and the Strays animal rescue office at The Shops at Atlas Park in Glendale as part of an effort to promote adoption of animals. As noted, Bobbi and the Strays is a non-profit, no-kill shelter organization which rescues dogs and cats from city streets and situations of abuse or neglect. Miller is pictured with a staff member at the shelter and one of the dogs awaiting adoption.
