NYPD seeking info on wallet robbery suspect in Rego Park

REGO PARK — Police were seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a robbery April 16.

Cops said the suspect followed a 25-year-old victim into an apartment building near Wetherole Street, punched her in the face and removed her wallet.

The victim was treated at a local hospital.
