Civilian Patrol Honored at Glendale Meet

Members of the East Coast Car Association (ECCA) and the Queens Veterans Day Parade Committee (QVDP) thanked members of the 104th Precinct Civilian Observational Patrol (104COP) by presenting them with a certificate of appreciation and a community service award during the patrol group’s meeting at St. Pancras Pfeiffer Hall in Glendale last Thursday, Jan. 9.
