TF Cornerstone’s 4545 Center Blvd property

TF Cornerstone, which has completed five high-rise residential buildings on the Long Island City waterfront, has fully leased its latest development: 45-45 Center Boulevard.
The 41-story, 820-unit waterfront property is now 100 percent rented after leasing activity began in June 2013.
The company is also in the final stage of constructing one more tower—located at 46-10 Center Blvd—with leasing for that 585 unit property expected to begin in spring.
Upon completion, TF Cornerstone would have added six residential buildings, comprised of 2,615 rental units and 184 condominiums. Those developments will house more than 6,000 people.
The 184 condos are located at 4630 Center Boulevard and are known as The View Condominiums.
However, TF Cornerstone has no immediate plans to stop building in Long Island City.
It will be constructing a 36-story and a 41-story apartment building with a total of 1,193 apartments—as part of Phase 2 of the Hunters Point South middle-income development. About 400 of the units will be market-rate.
