With an eye on funding long-term improvements to Doughboy Park, City Council Majority Leader Jimmy Van Bramer recently toured the Woodside greenspace with representatives of the Parks Department, the School Construction Authority (SCA), Woodside on the Move and local residents. As noted, the legislator has worked closely with the Parks Department, Woodside on the Move and the Woodside United Dog Society on a preliminary draft for renovations to the park’s dog run. Van Bramer is pictured along with the Parks Department’s Joanne Amangrande; Woodside on the Move Executive Director Adrian Bordoni; SCA representatives and local residents.
